This 8928 Series II BDI Avion has many features making this unit so desirable. Adjustable Shelves help when your components wont fit standard sized shelving units. BDI's home theater furniture features shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of systems. They rest on unique steel shelf pins that are rubber-padded to minimize vibration of components; high quality threaded inserts allow you to readjust shelf positioning as needed.Cable Management is integrated into all of the BDI product range, this system is to keep cables untangled, and in order. In order to gain easy access to the rear of your components, along with the cable management the rear panel on the TV cabinets is removable. This also enables longer units to be stored in the cabinet. This panel can be removed without compromising the structural integrity of the unit. Speaker Compartment This unit includes a concealed compartment designed for use with a center channel speaker. The compartment may be a drawer or a shelf that includes a speaker-fabric panel front that allows the speaker's sound to pass through.IR-Friendly Glass All BDI cabinets are fitted with glass which is inferred friendly, this means your components which require remote controls can be used with the doors shut on the cabinet.
